For heavy or bulky items we handle all shipments with prepaid standard procedures. This means we cover the shipping costs for deliveries adhering to "dock-to-dock" protocols. Please note that any additional services like inside delivery (driver assist), tailgate service, appointment, Residential curbside delivery, etc. Will incur separate charges not covered by Binatek. We'll clearly inform you about any potential extra fees before processing your order, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

This policy is primarily relevant for heavy or bulky items, and most regular orders are unlikely to require additional services.

Handling & Shipping Time:

Expect your order within 2-15 business days after processing (usually 1-3 business days). Delivery times can vary based on your location, inventory availability, and chosen delivery option. If any delays occur, we'll promptly notify you.

Please note that the average shipping time for Martin Yale products is approximately 15 business days after your order has been processed.

Backordered Items:

If an item is in backorder after you place the order, we'll ship it as soon as it's available. You'll receive timely updates on the expected delivery date, as soon as we have stock information.
